UIBE-ISRAEL was honored to host former Prime Minister of Israel Ehud Olmert on campus on May 30, 2023. Prime Minister Olmert gave a fascinating talk on the importance of relations between Israel and China. He also shared personal stories about his parents, who lived in China and been part of the local Chinese community.

Prime Minister Olmert's visit was a great opportunity for UIBE-ISRAEL students to learn more about Israel and China. He stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries in a number of areas, including trade, technology, and education. He also spoke about the history of relations between Israel and China, and he noted that the two countries have a lot to offer each other.

Prime Minister Olmert also shared personal stories about his parents, who lived in China and interacted with the Chinese community. He spoke about how his parents' experiences in China shaped his own worldview, and he encouraged UIBE-ISRAEL students to learn more about Chinese culture and history.
